3. Invalid addresses include incomplete postal address, army camps, air force and naval

bases,air freight centres, ports, terminals and wharves, PO Boxes and such

other places as may be determined in AIBI Style’s absolute discretion without any

notice to you.

Acceptance of order

4. The receipt of an e-mail order invoice does not constitute our acceptance of an order or

our confirmation of an offer to sell a product or service. We reserve the right, without prior

notice, to limit and/or amend the order quantity, promotional period, items, gifts or any

product or service and/or to refuse service to any customer. We also may require verification

of information prior to the acceptance and/or delivery of any order.

Payment Processing

6. We ensure accuracy in our billing as all our transactions are automatically processed.

Cancellation of Orders

7. We will not entertain any cancellations once the order is submitted by the customer.

Confirmation of Orders

8. We will send a computer-generated invoice to the customer within 1 hour upon successful

submission of the electronic order. If items ordered are unavailable, a message will be sent

to the customer for further action.

Exchange Policy

9. All products purchased via our website may be exchanged provided:

A. Products are spoilt or with a defect.

B. There is an original invoice.

C. There is a copy of our email with the Order No.

D. It’s not the product that you order

10. The following items are not exchangeable:

A. Items ordered wrongly by the customer. (We expected immediate notification if you realize

that you bought the wrong items).

11. An admin fee of AUD20 is chargeable for any return and refund.

A. Product must be in original packaging.

B. Customer must bear the shipping fee for the return product.

In the event where a product is priced wrongly or graphically represented incorrectly, AIBI

Every order is a legal binding contract; you are reminded of your legal obligation to complete

your purchase according to our Terms & Conditions. Fraudulent orders will be compiled and

appropriate legal actions will be undertaken.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless AIBI Style, its directors, officers,

employees, agents, suppliers and any third party information providers from and against all

losses, expenses, damages and costs (including legal costs on an indemnity basis), including

reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from any violation of this terms and conditions by you.

You agree that AIBI Style shall not be liable for any consequential losses incurred or suffered

by you.
